SMFShop 2.0 now compatible with SMF 1.1RC2!

I've updated the SMFShop install package, so it's now compatible with SMF 1.1RC2. The package manager in SMF 1.1RC2 is a lot better than the one in SMF 1.1 RC1. Most of the bugs that were previously in the package manager are now gone! Anyway, SMFShop on SMF 1.1RC2 has been tested by me (unlike on SMF 1.1RC1, where I couldn't even get the package to work).
